For the Love of God how long does "Soon" really mean

Months ago my account got hacked. unluckily for me, it was during a little blizzard at the turbine headquarters, so it was a few days until i was able to contact anyone. When I finally got back online I was able to see the damage. I was missing everything worth anything. I then did as I was told, I put in a ticket for EVERY one of my characters. I waited a few weeks, and finally I got a response. it said I would SOON have my items returned. that was MONTHS ago. So, as I pay my 10 bucks a month, like a sap, I am still waiting for you to come thru on your end. who do i contact to find out how much longer on this?

Not to discourage you, but we were promised back in 2006 that we would get Druids Soon(tm).
