Wanting to make a Paladin AC hate tank

DoS. I'm looking to use Epic Chimera's Fangs, as they can be DR breaking Lit Strikers that also give +4 insight to AC/saves, and it would be cheaper than Greensteel. This requires human, and spends 2 feats, leaving 6: Toughness, TWF line, Imp Crit: Slash, and Power Attack.

I was also thinking HElf, Fighter for +2 MDB or Monk for +5 WIS bonus to AC. Monk, with +13 WIS req, seems too expensive. I was also considering Dorf, for +3 MDB as well but they take -2 CHA.

With Epic Cavalry Plate (which I don't have, hopefully the cove will reopen, but I don't like the cove anyway), which is a medim armor with +3 MDB and +16 Armor Bonus, I would get +1 MDB from DoS, +2 MDB from blue slot: Nimbleness, and +2 MDB from Racial. +8 MDB bonus.

In comparison, Icy Raiments (+4 dodge) with +8 AC bracers or the Epic Duelist's leather with +8 AC/+4 Dodge give +12 AC and pretty much no MDB. Cavalry plate Is +16 AC and +8 MDB, for +24. So for Raiments/Duelist's leather to be better, I would need 36 DEX. Which I won't.

I'm unsure of what stacks and what doesn't, so:

+10 Base
+16 Armor
+8 DEX
+5 Bark (guild raids with a ranger)
+4 Bard (guild raids with a bard)
+5 Deflection
+4 Shield Spell
+4 Aura
+2 Luck (recitation)
+4 DoS stance
+2 Defensive Stance
+1 Haste
+2 Dodge (prob the new Thaarak bracer)
+3 Dodge (chattering, a grind I know)
+4 Insight (other than GS or Chimera's fang, where can I get this?)

Any help? Need opinions on:
HElf: Monk or Fighter
Human: Chimera's Fang or no
Monk Splash: Lose capstone, gain free feats, evasion and WIS to AC.

HElf Monk Dilly looks good, but +13 WIS might be hard to fit in. +5 to AC (can't use armor), +4 Dodge from using Raiments, +8 Armor bracers and there's +17, better than Epic Cavalry.

Chimera's Fangs look really nice, but if I can get another, easy source of +4 insight, that would also work. Seems MinII, which seems too expensive for a class that can inherently break DR/good, is all I can find (that will also break DR/silver, I mean).

Bear in mind you only get Superior Parrying from epic Chimera's Fang if you have Lesser Sentinel DM; that's two feats on a feat-starved build. Did you consider the epic Swashbuckler shield instead? That gets you Superior Parrying, +4 AC over Shield spell, +2 exceptional DEX, and a couple other nice bonuses. You can use the blue augment slot for, say, another +1 AC or Toughness (frees head slot from Minos Legens for something else).

Yah I knew that, least is proficiency with bastard swords and lesser is +4 insight.

I'm really not keen on using a shield on a hate tank.

I'm leaning towards HElf with Monk dilly, Icy Raiment and a MinII with +4 Insight.
