I was tempted to swap out Addy body around 12 (when the AC component of it became more or less useless), but kept it, and I feel the extra 2 points of DR have been useful. If you have a Bladesmark Docent and are willing to commit the docent slot to it until 20, then you have more flexibility to dump Addy Body while levelling, IMO.

Wax mentioned that above I believe, and this is what I would do if I had that docent while levelling my FvS.

Note, the BM Docent has a slightly less useful type of DR (/magic) than Addy Body / WF (Admantium), so it's not as much protection in all cases as Addy Body + WF DR enhances.

Addy body, imo, is ONLY useful at level 20 when it is added to the DR that FvS' get at level 20. Before that a bladesmarked docent or x docent of invulnerability is just as good.

The AC component is useful up until level 12 or 13 (actually, I'm still getting use out of it at level 15, with a crafted life shield docent of reinforced plating, the dodge +2 bracers from the new quest line, an alchemical ritual, barkskin, and shield of faith).

So it's really just a dead zone from 13 or 14 (when AC becomes hard to maintain at a useful level for this sort of build) until 20, when the DR stacks again. Although even here, once you're at giant hold and above, many attacks penetrate the 5/magic DR from Invulnerability or Bladesmark, and having the DR 4/adamantine from the feat and 2 enhancements is really handy.
