Fighter SB Enhancement affect monk SF DC?

Does the fighter enhancements for Stunning Blow increase the DC on the Monk Feat Stunning Fist? I saw someone post that they did. Can anyone confirm this? I know that tactic (such as warforged or Dwarf) do but not so sure about the fighter ones.

There are currently 4 levels of this enhancement available:
Fighter Strategy (Stunning Blow) I: +1 DC to Stunning Blow. AP Cost: 1 Progression: 0. Level: 1.
Fighter Strategy (Stunning Blow) II: +2 DC to Stunning Blow. AP Cost: 2. Progression: 10. Level: 4.
Fighter Strategy (Stunning Blow) III: +3 DC to Stunning Blow. AP Cost: 3 Progression: 21. Level: 7.
Fighter Strategy (Stunning Blow) IV: +4 DC to Stunning Blow. AP Cost: 4. Progression: 32. Level: 10.
This enhancement gives a +1 bonus to the DC of your Stunning Blow feat per rank

Almost 100% positive that it does not. Warforged or Dwarf Tactics, which says for all of your trips/stuns/whatever, does affect it though. The stunning blow enhancement is JUST for stunning blow, not for stuns in general AFAIK.

can anyone else confirm this? I had after more research decided that it does affect it.
