I have 3 blue dragon scales. I'll trade them one for one for LDS.
And to everyone that is going to say something about that, I look at it this way. It's a random roll for item. LDS come in two different chests in a quest that is run to death. Dragon scales come from one specific chest per color in a quest that it seems that very few people run anymore so it works out to even IMHO.
