you can use an double archmage correct? taking 2 spell focus you are able to get 2 lines right..

are you able to get more(if you got the feats?).

if so am i able to make an 15 or so sp wizzie that casts everything from sla's?

Sure, if you want to take a couple hours per quest. The tier 1 magic missile will take forever to kill high level monsters with if used as the sole damage dealer.

It's not going to be quite that slow, unless you start a dungeon without any SP. You can only handle 1-2 mobs at a time, but I was able to take out Vale slayers just fine using only SLA on a level 16 WF enchantment archmage. Hypno -1 SP. Otto's - 3 SP, Hold Person - 6 SP. Arcane bolt - 1 SP. Repair Moderate - 8 SP. Add in 6 SP for Scorching Ray, along with Arcane Blast, and you have 3 cheap damage spells to cycle through, 3 cheap crowd control spells, and a cheap repair spell. It was nice to have Arcane Bolt get enlarged for free without even requiring the feat - the mob is half-dead before even getting close to melee range.

Apart from the pew pew playstyle and kiting required to do this, you can go for a long ways just using SLA. It might double or triple your time, and require very careful pulling, but you could probably do an entire dungeon using only Echoes of Power, SLA, and the newly inexpensive spells.

You don't go "double Archmage". The Archmage PrE simply allows you to have both a primary and a secondary school. But you can only have one primary, and one secondary.

The secondary only gets +1 DC, and up to level 3 SLAs (requires GSF; up to level 2 otherwise).

As with any PrE, you cannot take each tier of Archmage more than once.

hmm which one to choose? ^^.

are they also changing the sp cost for the sla's in u9? or will these remain the same?(lots of sp discount)

Requires archmage 1 and SF: evocation ... not Spell Mastery Evocation.

You can only do spell mastery and 2ndary spell mastery in 2 schools, but you can get the 1st level SLAs with a spell focus feat.

Mind you, that can be pretty feat-expensive and you'd need to plan it appropriately. Someone has a build out here that has Spell Mastery and 2nd Spell Mastery in Conjuration and Evocation, then just Spell Focus Enchantment for the Hypno SLAs.

vampire form puts the hurt on archmage.. it's a shame

It was broken on Lama or it is not a change was able to go up two full lines. I was first evo/ench spec'd.
On live only can go up one Primary chain all five spells and 3 on secondary.

On Lama was able to go up two full chains.

Pretty sure not working has inteded.
