This is to all of you who take the time to assume you know what your talking about. I have been around quite some time. I have a fairly good idea of the value of "MY" junk. If I feel I can sell my "Ring of the Ancestors" for say 200K..well guess what, I might. Or I may ask 750K for it. Maybe more.

It is mine, and I can set the price for whatever I want to. There is no need for you to bombard me with tells telling me I am "charging to much", "ripping someone off", "ballooning the market" ( <--one of my favorites.). I have been sent nasty tells for some of my trade items.

Bottom line: It is mine and I can sell it for whatever I choose.

These are pixels people. No need to get so worked up about other persons pixels,

So mind your own pixels and move along.

First of all.. You are almost right.. You can set your prices at whatever rate you want..unfortunately... ANYTHING is only worth what SOMEONE will pay for it... Make it 100,000,0000 if you like...and like life.. People complain no matter what the price..do whay u want and suffer the consequences..

If it's level 4 (or 2 rr), that would be worth almost 10kpp. Hard to find such a good twink undead weapon, even if it is just a light hammer.

Your assumption I "spam" the trade channels is not the point of this thread. As more seasoned veteran players are aware, you can toggle off the trade channel. Check your UI settings, you should be able to figure it out.

The point of the thread is: People are free to sell their pixels for as many pixels as they want. Folks can buy or not buy my pixels. There is no need to send nasty tells to people who are just trying to have fun.

So, I am going to go and have an Orange Crush and some Pretzels now.

And what are you afraid of anyway? Nothing wrong with letting newbs know you are trying to take them for a ride. You don't own the chat chanel, people can comment as they wish.

Just as you are entitled to your opinion on an item's value, other people are entitled to their opinion of your attempts at selling in the /trade channel.

I don't particularly care when people try to sell items for rediculous prices since they'll only be ripping people off that actually have that much money even if they do sell items at what I consider inflated prices. The /trade chat that bothers me is when people try to rip off new players trying to scam them out of their newly acquired Ioun Stones in Harbor /trade chat.
