Going proactive with this, decided to make a build based around it. ment to maximize the doublethrow proc. easily gaining 40Dex, along with maximizing the dmg though feats and halfing enchantments.
Uses Ranger for alot of the feats, Swaps to Handwraps in fire stance for extra Ki for the 10k stars. Rouge for UMD.
Trys to use sneak attack as often as it can, also going ninja spy just for increased. itd be a intresting build at least. and no1 would ahve the same oneXD

    Shuriken Expertise
    • Prereqs: Requires one of: Dexterity 13, Exotic Weapon Proficiency: Shuriken, or Half-Elf Dilettante: Monk
    • Benefit: You are skilled with the use of the shuriken, and have a chance to throw an additional shuriken per throw. The percent chance to throw an additional shuriken is equal to your Dexterity.
    • Special: Automatically granted to Drow characters at level one. Monks may select this feat at levels 1, 2, or 6 as a selected martial arts class feat.

It's a very minor Drow buff.

    Edit:
Shuriken Expertise came into being while we were looking at ways of turning Ten Thousand Stars into a Manyshot style ability instead of the fail that it is now. We weren't able to finish those changes, but since we had the basic work done, we felt we might as well toss this in.
You guys get us all excited and then kick us square in the *cough*.

For what it's worth, the edit on the backstory is still appreciated

Anyone has any idea if the abbot quiver would work with this feat?
