This is a build very similar to my Advocatus Diaboli character, with a few key differences. Like the AdvoDia, this is a very gear/tome intensive toon, for pretty much all of the same reasons. Still, it should be a lot of fun to play at endgame. Note - Since this build uses handwraps instead of shortsword, the monk past life is a lot more important to take.

Ending Stats:
Str - 12 base + 2 tome + 6 item = 20
Dex - 16 base + 2 tome +2 enhancements + 6 item + 4 level ups = 30
Con - 14 base + 2 tome + 6 item = 22
Wis - 15 base + 2 tome + 2 enhancements + 6 item + 1 level up = 26
Int - 10 base + 3 tome = 13
Cha - 14 base + 2 tome + 2 enhancements + 6 item = 24
This is assuming that you don't use any +3s or +4s, you don't have any exceptional bonuses, and you haven't found any +7 items. If any of these apply, feel free to move level up points around to get even numbers. Also, these numbers are UNBUFFED, so bear that in mind.
HP - 164 base + 20 Heroic Durability + 120 Con + 60 enhancements + 30 GFL + 45 GS + 10 Argo Favor + 20 Minos = 491 Unbuffed HP.
Try to avoid rage when buffing though, it will drop your AC.
AC - 10 base + 10 Dex + 8 Wis + 5 feats + 1 size + 2 monk + 5 protection + 7 Dodge (Icy, chattering) + 8 armor + 4 shield (clicky) + 2 luck (Rec) + 1 Paladin Aura + 1 Stance = 64 Self buffed
+ 3 Hero's Companion + 4 Paladin Aura + 4 Bard Song + 5 Barkskin + 1 Haste = 80 Raid buffed
+ 2 Blocking = 82 Turtle
+ 2 AC boost = 84 for 20 seconds out of every 30
+4 Tumble = 88 for whatever insane reason has you tanking and tumbling around
Note that Barkskin, Haste, and store/yugo potions are not included in the self buffed section.
Annoyingly, this toon cannot get the +4 insight bonus since he uses handwraps. However, I have come up with the ultimate turtle stance to combat this - namely, switching in 2 GS kamas geared specifically towards AC and defense (insert ninja turtle joke HERE). This is using a fire-air-air kama and an water-air-air kama. These will grant ODD bonuses to dex and wis, so be sure to grab a guild +1 for the extra AC listed here.
Complete Turtle Mode of 91 = 80 raid buffed + 2 blocking + 2 AC boost + 4 insight boost + 2 exc Dex + 1 exc Wis

Pros - Pretty good spot healer, GREAT AC and saves, should be pretty good at soloing. Much more variation with buffing others than the AdvoDia (halfling hero's companion, light finishers, etc.) and the water-light-water finisher means excellent SP conservation. Slightly more HP than AdvoDia.
Cons - Slightly squishier than most tanks, and not as much DPS as the AdvoDia Version.
Same deal as the drow version - I appreciate all constructive comments, and feel free to point out and mock any mistakes in my math.
