i assume other savants have different effects. anyone have pictures? ^.^

and here's a tier III air i saw standing around.
tier I the effect only appears on the hands. tier II it goes about halfway up the arms, tier III its the entire arms, and maybe part of the upper body? effect appears on char select screen too ^.^
