Cure Serious Wounds and Cure Critical Wounds have the same spell point cost: 16. I tested the spells, so it's not a display glitch.

Do they also share a cooldown? Did combat log list both as separate spell entities?

They don't share a cooldown, but I didn't check the combat log so I don't know if it listed them as sperate entities.
