Default Maximize + Superior Potency + Elemental Manipulation?

So who can help me with some DDO math? I've got a superior potency weapon (+50% damage), the maximize feat active (+100% damage) and Elemental Manipulation II (+20% damage for fire and cold spell). What % of damage are my fire and cold spells doing?

    Is it 270%?
    (100+100+50+20)

    Is it 360%?
    Is it (100x2= 200x1.5 = 300x 1.2 = 360)

    Some other number?

Please don't answer if you are only just guessing how you think it should work. I'm looking for answers from experienced casters.

OK i have ran a sorcerer to lvl 20 and now i am at 10 with a archmage wizard and i can say your doing +170 % with fire/ice and +150 % with every thing else also id like to state that if your going for damage out put buying the crit chance and dmage multiplyer is handy get a Lore item it will stack with enhancemnts you can get up to a 18% to crit with a damage type but over all as you get in the higher lvl its more about Crowd control then damage output

just to clear up the math Part if you casted scorching ray and the frist ray dose the full 5d6 30 you would then add the 100 % (+30) then the 50% (+15) then the 20% (+6) then add it all up 30 Base +51 and your one ray did 71 fire damage if your lvl 11 you got 2 more rays that will be rolled for and then the Base dmage is modified just as i showed you above

now i have to say this is all from my personal obsurvation and exparaments with my sorcerer and wizard

    The formula is:

    (Spell damage) x (1 + 1.0 if maximized + 0.5 if empowered) x (1 + Potency + Elem. manip. enh.)
    Thelanis: Nassim* (F12/P6/M2) - Talienor** (P18/Ra2) - Feithlin** (F12/Bd7/C1) - Stoneoak* (F12/M6/P2) - Hokusai (M17/F2/C1) - Ardence* (Bd15/F3/Ro2) - Matsushiro* (Ro11/M6/P3) | Argonessen: Luneargent (W18/Ro2) - Talienor (Ro20) - Takshir (Bd16/F2/Ro2) - Hiacynthe (C20) | Ghallanda: A bunch of pre DDO Unlimited characters (field of testing for post U19 )

So in my above example, I with a 100 damage spell I would be doing 340 damage?

Your percentage (from the example you listed) is 340%.

    Waitasec:

    1 + 1(max) + .5 (empower) = 2.5 (250%)
    2.5 * (1 + .5 (potency) + .2 (elemental)) = 4.25 (425%)

Am I missing something simple here?
