I saw someone said they played Jagged Alliance: I played JA2 myself and it was a great game. The guy behind that is now a developer here I read (I think he's behind the new crafting stuff).

Classic Ultima Online on a free Shard, In Por Ylem.
Loved the game when it came out and my first MMO on a 14.4 Modem.
Been rather enjoyable to go back to my humble MMO beginnings and see what brought me to where I am now.
If not DDO or UO;

Taking a short break from DDO to "recharge batteries"
Currently playing Dead Space 2, Wolfenstein and various Hidden Object games
Tried LOTRO but didn't like the grind of running all day between quests
Will be back in DDO soonish.
