    Angry items lost from inventory

    2 days ago i lost a whole mess of items from my inventory including all my cleric reagents lvl 1-9 my minos legens (sp) helm and one of my fav weps (flamingburst hvy mace of smiting) its really iritating i made a ticket and checked all possible things i could do and i got nothin no response from any gm or anything as to what happened or if it can be fixed... i play on sarlona lvl 18 cleric name lofmir gm reply would be awesome so i atleast know im out of luck or somthin lol

    It's been two days, a ticket reply can take a long while depending of what support ticket it is.
    Please do tell what kind of support option you used, be it account support, tech support, gm ticket or bug report.

    The GMs can only be contacted using the ticket option in-game.
    They are mostly informative so you can ask them what is the correct support ticket to open.
    A GM can't look at logs, won't fix bugs or issues, etc. but you can find out if something is wrong by asking them.
    (ask nicely tho, otherwise all you get is a canned response)

    Not sure which support option is to be used when you lose stuff or suspect hacking.
    I believe it is account support, and you do get a reply on account tickets.
    They will check to see if there's trace of hacking in the logs, in which case you are fairly out of luck as there's no refunds.

    If it turns out to be a glitch like in the case of bank lag, you will be asked to open a bug report.
    If the GM is unable to help you you will also be asked to open a bug report, this is a canned response too.
    A bug report has no reply and only serves to tell the devs there's a problem, without it the problem wouldn't even be looked at let alone climb the priority list.

    Cases where you may get your account restored is with database problems or innaccesible accounts.
    For example, if you suddenly lose premium or vip status and your purchased things from the store go missing.
    Or if you can't access your toon but they find it and fix it, there's rare horror stories where toons go poof.
    These days they can get an account undeleted so you can't really go poof.

    Your problem, however, looks like being hacked except because you only lost some things,which is odd.
    These forums are only to check with other players to see if there's common problems, devs may look but you still have to open your ticket to get anything done to your account.
    I suggest you go and ask the GM what support channel to use, that need be in-game that's the only way you'll talk to a GM.

    Once you open the right ticket you can try to check by phone, which we know is costly outside the U.S. so you need not tell us that.
    Phone, costly or not, is faster than waiting for the ticket, but you still have to open the ticket first or you may be told to open one.
    You can then tell them to check the status of your ticket and hopefully they'll tell you if there's anything that can be done besides waiting while they research what happened.

    These are tidbits from other threads asking about GMs and support tickets, you can go check by yourself.
    Hopefully having these threads can help other players searching the forums for help.
