    Default Character start screen locked up

    As soon as I get to the character start screen I can't click any buttons the options, game start, exit are all frozen and I have to exit by task mgr.
    Any ideas?

    What are the specs of your computer? Help us to help you.

    Maybe you need to disable DX10 and enable and use DX9 instead, but that's just a guess based on the lack of information.

    All fixed it was DX 10 as the problem.
