I couldn't have been the only one to notice that the fourth match of Monster Madness! was not posted with the rest.
So, the question remains.

Sorry, only go to Facebook when you have a major power outage that takes down both the game and website servers.![]()
are you *really* asking if a relatively small game company is being paid to get people from their playerbase to sign up to the largest and most popular social network that has ever existed? Do you really think Facebook went to Turbine and said "Hey, you have a few tens of thousands of players across three games, most of whom already have facebook profiles, we want to pay you money for each one you get to make a new profile"?

yeah.. kind of annoying to be excluded, but as I am also excluded from lotteries, I am getting used to being excluded from DDO things..
They won't. we already hashed that out. They deleted many a response of people that posted their lack of satisfaction which has caused many a formite to ignore said matchups from that point on.
It is like letting people in Maine vote and decide rules for Arizona. The process becomes meaningless and worthless.
I'm confused about the metaphor there MM, but there is no way in h*ell I'm signing up for the Big Brother that is
facebook.
my right to participate in the community is being infringed on since the DDO COMMUNITY forums are no longer the place to participate.
We must now go to a third party site that loves to capture user information in order to participate.
hmmm *scratches head*
Why? Why are we not allowed to participate using the DDO OFFICIAL website/forums?
I think this must have come from the top at WB, not from turbine.
for the gm's/mods that have no choice in the matter. I'm sorry, still <3 you guys...![]()
Turbine is wanting us to sign up for Facebook and get hooked on Farmville so that we spend less time on DDO.
It's their solution for lessening the burden on their servers, so they don't have to upgrade them.![]()

Third round is on Facebook as stated. The reason you may be confused is that there are multiple matches per round. The original post is about the fourth match of the third round. The third round, like it or not, is on FB.
Next round will be on Twitter, with two matches. Then the final two monster competitors will fight it out on MyDDO somehow.
Which is meaningless because the people who voted in the first two rounds are not hte same one that vote in 3 and 4.
It is like the sweet 16 line up. Come to brackets 3, 4, and 5, throw out everyone who was there and make up complete new lineups and call the result valid.
