    Default Locating party members

I'm kind of confused about locating in which area party members are.
When you open a party finder window you can easily see in the tooltips where everyone in the specific party is located and at what instance i.e. "Smuggler's Rest:8".
However when I join a party I cannot find this information anymore. In a dungeon instance I can see everyone on the map, but in a non-dungeon area I have troubles locating in what area members are, in what instance, and if they already went into any dungeon or not.
Is there any way to get this info? Why there isn't any tooltip when I mouse over a person's name in party HP bar?
It's kind of weird that it is easier to find everyone's location when not in party.

the who page in the social pannel, type in the name and get a location, doesnt do instances.
other option is, Hi xxxxxx, were are you mate.

but yes ive thought the same before when waiting for someone to get to the quest,

It is easier to find a party member across multiple instances of a public area when not in a party than when in a party. Given that most of the time we are grouping with people in dungeons this is usually a non-issue.

However, in cases like smuggler's rest where you may want to know where all your party members are after joining, you can find this out, its just cumbersome. You will have to open your social panel and go into the section where you can type a person's name in (I think its Who, but I'm not online). Once there you have to individually search for each person in your party and it will let you know where they are.

I often do this when after joining a party someone is lollygagging their way to the quest, lets me know where they are and if they are likely lost.

Thanks alot for your answers, I'll start using the "Who" page then
Although I'm a bit disappointed that there is no more efficient way, maybe the devs will consider it in the future...
