Verik's seeker stack?

Sorry if this is answered elsewhere, but is the Verik's neckace an exceptional, enhancement, or something that stacks with kensai enhancements. It just says, and +3 to confirm criticals. The +2 to hit is exceptional is why i was wondering. I know it doesn't say seeker, so was thinking it doesn't add damage at all just helps confirm like the class enhancement.

*edit: I may not have been clear. I do know it doesn't cause damage. What I wanted to know is does this item stack with seeker to confirm crits? Example; if I equip this item and bloodstone, do I have a +9 confirm crits with +6 damage?

It doesn't cause extra seeker damage, but I'm fairly sure it is an exceptional to-confirm-critical bonus.
