Please Change Barkskin and Stoneskin :)

Ok, first off, I don't want the spells themselves changed. I would however, like the graphical effects of these spells changed to mimic that of rage. Possible brown specks or smaller green vines around you if barkskinned, and maybe grey specks, or your player skin, not armor kit, turned to stone. With the DDO store these days, and people being encouraged to spend DDO Turbine Point on things like Armor Kits, it would be nice to be able to see these armor kits people are spending real life money on, in not only public areas, where people aren't buffed, but in raids/quests, as well. Due to rage, and the red sparkles around a toon already in the game, it shows DDO has the technology to make this change possible, rather than run around in a quest in an ugly brown skin or grey skin depending on the spell. Sure, some type of graphical notification that you have the spell on you would be nice, such as rage does, but I don't feel we need to change our toons complete skin anymore due to the direction the game is taking to make our toons more graphically unique and not everyone running around in the same DT armor... Just a thought! And sure, this might just be me being vain , but I feel it is a fair request to make with the game going where it is with custom armor kits and such. I've paid for these kits, I want to be able to show them off

The spells are called StoneSKIN and BarkSKIN. Not StoneFACE and BarkARMOR.

HOWEVER, if you include camo in that list I'll sign up. F'n hate that spell.

The code is already there! It should be easy to just change around some gradients, colors, and whatnot.

/not signed for the stoneskin change. I like it being very obvious to me when my stoneskin wears off. Suddenly being able to see the colors of my armor and skin is very obvious...losing little green dots amid my little red dots mixed in with my blue and red flames and displacement swirls is NOT very obvious.

I'd rather die than wear barkskin. Whenever somebody casts it on me I immediately put on stone skin and then go stand infront of an enemy. When the stoneskin wears off the barkskin graphic will be gone also, but the effect remains.

I don't mind stoneskin looks and when some ranger slaps barkskin on my wizard, I slap on another stoneskin.

I dislike barkskin looks. I do like stoneskin looks.

I will say, when I get around to playing a ranger, if I pass out any resists, I'll also slap that barkskin on so that I see who has what when we are all gathering but I can't just click down the line of names since they are not all gathered. I currently do this with stoneskin when I'm on my wizard, and on my bard I'll use blur.

I wouldn't mind seeing a different graphic for barkskin though. It is rather ugly. I much prefer the looks of stoneskin.

I do agree that it is odd that somthing that is call (---)skin is also applied to the armor looks instead of just the skin directly. As long as there is a quick easy way to know when either effect wears off, I wouldn't mind seeing the change to not having it cover the armor.
