Leaving out class/enhancement speed bonuses and limiting this discussion to expeditious retreat, striding, haste, longstrider and warp time, which ones stack?

None of those stack you just get whichever one is faster. Class bonus, enhancements, and 1 magic bonus stack

Uhm yeah, general rule of 3.5 ed is only the highest bonus of the same type is applied ... i'm feeling really dumb right now, thanks for the answer anyway.
