the bloodstone is out in the explorer area in one of two rare chests as to the shard and seal I think they can be found in any epic desert quest
The bloodstone is a very rare drop I have one for sale on khyber not sure how many times I looted that chest.

Seal - any chest in any desert epic, got one in wiz king, seen one in oob.
Shard - end chest in dq1 or dq2 only, gl

Just a tiny correction, any non-epic chest in the desert quests. Otherwise exactly right. Due to the large drop table and poor drop rates, ADQ1 is your best chance and even that is poor.
