    The goals:
    To make an archer with near if not max range dps. It should also have the ability to swap to decent melee (TWF in this case)

    Just looking for some general feedback as how the build compares to the goals set.

    Swap the barbarian level for something else. Probably ranger (+2 damage vs evil oustider, free strength shot). Other options include monk (zen archery for +1 damage and good AC), rogue (trap skills, 1d6+3 sneak attack).

    Consider swapping the wizard level for bard, you gain UMD and 2/day (possibly) uber DC fascinate.

    Personally, I would go half-elf. Sure, you lose +2 attack and damage with bows but you gain +5 damage boost (group this with manyshot and 30% haste boost) and 3d6 sneak attack. Throw in khopesh proficiency and you have a huge boost to melee and probably a boost to your ranged damage (assuming you usually only use bow for manyshot). Try to fit IC:S or P and Quickdraw in there too. What is your feat layout and how many feats are available?

    If you want max DPS, you should start STR 18. I would tweak your feat order some; in particular, I think you should go for Bow STR (if no rgr splash) and Imp Crit Ranged ASAP.

    Also, I would start with the class which gives the most skill pts at 1st lvl; in this case, barb. Besides, might as well go for that +10% run speed bonus right away. I prefer a rgr splash for free Bow STR and rgr wands (esp. if you have no UMD), but barb's not bad either. WOWO's suggestion of bard splash instead of wiz is also good as long as you have enough INT to max UMD.
