Lightbulb Greater Reincarnating a 28-point Warchanter

I've currently got a 28 point level 12 Warchanter with a 10 Bard / 2 Fighter split based on the build here. It was the first character I ever made and I was considering starting to play her again. I grabbed a Greater Heart of Wood when they were on sale and now the +2 Supreme Tomes are on sale I'm thinking of doing this. Does it look sensible? Would anybody make any changes? It's a regular heart so no class changes possible.

Looks solid enough to me as long as you're happy with skills etc. I usually put max Diplomacy on my bards and I might quibble about enhs and if you only take one meta feat to boost healing it should probably be Maximize, IMHO, but those are easy enough to tweak.

The enhancements were just quickly done to see where the final ability scores would be, I wasn't sure where to go with them to be honest. Which ones would you take?

18 bard currently offers nothing to warchanters, unless you are planing for future WCIII. I would suggest 15 or 16 warchanter, and splashing in 2 barb or 2/3 rogue

Again, hate me all you want, but creating a whole new realm takes priority over a broken bag. This is pretty much true of a few of the other issues that crept in today also.

I'd take quicken or perhaps SF:UMD instead of Prof:Khopesh, masters touch makes it kind of pointless...
