    it depends on the class some melee focused classes will have to hit problems later on in epics like bards (bab 15) or paladins ( to much stat spread to spike strenght through the roof) and no to hit enh either like for example rogues or fighters so having destruction on yoru armor basicly gives you +4 to hit. the +6 seeker or +10 seeker from marilith chain isnt gonna do a lot when you cant hit your oponents

    for barbarians the to hit isnt that much of a problem tho so i would suggest going all out damage wich would be epic marilith chain

    On a side note destruction and imp. destruction are both available on random generated loot. It's a little less convenient having to switch weapons rq to apply destruction but imo it's worth having something else cool on your DT armor. I have a destruction and imp. destruction weapon as they stack, and while I dont bother on trash I always apply both to bosses and then switch to my boss beater. I dont feel that -AC is worth much against trash usually and that having a nice earthgrab guard or something similiar as a static item would be better.
