Armor Kit removed...

So, two days ago I had an armor kit that I applied to my toon go away!!!

I was logging in to two toons - looking at auctions and transferring items (via bank) between them. I did this A LOT (over 10 times). I noticed that DDO started getting laggy - it was taking about 2-3gb RAM at the time.

While logging in again (afterwords I quit and re-logged), my "Armor Kit: Leaf 1 - Pale Red/Tan" did not get applied to my armor. In fact log-in took a bit of time to finish. I quit and restarted the DDO client - no change - it's simply gone.

I went back and looked for my purchase:
Order Number: 001-007005-07276061
Receipt Date: Jan 23 2011 4:27 AM GMT

I submitted an in-game bug report - but there's not really a selection for this game 'feature'. I picked something kinda close.

Suggestions on how I can get it re-applied?

Verification: when you click on the armor appearance slot in your inventory, nothing happens?

Yep. Don't know how it got turned off - well, I did come up rather slowly when it disappeared... took a bit of time for my inventory to fill. But that did it. Thanks!

I never use that toggle because I've never understood how it worked! Previous times I've tried using it I never had Kits so I never saw anything change. ... like when you toggle the helmet one - helmet visible, helmet hidden.
