Ingredients for GS Blank

I m acually farming ingredients for my GS (and helping my hubby to finish hers)

So i m doing again and again the Big Five (Rainbows, coalescence etc...)

and i m ending having more Shavarath Signet than i would ever need to.

So i think i may have missed something.

1) is there anywhere else to get basic ingredients (funk, twig etc...)
2) I heard difficulty doesn't matter (am i wrong)
3) is there another use for Savrath signet ?

1) The ingredients are tradeable, so you can also look to the auction house/other players. Just in case it needs clarification, though, each Vale quest has two specific ingredients (out of the six total) in its end chest loot table.
2) It doesn't, as long as you're running on Normal difficulty or higher. Running on Casual will result in "drops every time" quest-specific items only popping at about a 50% rate.
3) Nope. Blanks only.
