Became a VIP and no monthly points ?

So I became a VIP a couple of days ago, one of the reasons was for the monthly 500 points for the DDO store I would get. So a couple of days in and I am still to receive any points for anything other than favour earned in the game.

So now I am left wondering if I will only get them at the beginning of the coming month & if this is the case then I am screwed cause I wanted to get some quivers whilst the 50% storage special is on.

There is some useful information in this sticky about VIP Turbine Point grants.

It can take up to 48 hours for the VIP Turbine Points to be granted from the date that you are billed. Subscription payments are usually done the morning after you start your VIP access, so it can take up to 48 hours after that date.

sorry for double post, but I see you want me to call a US number in order to sort this out.

I am in South Africa. It would be cheaper for me to buy they points if thats the case, rather than wasting the cash on a international phone call.
