So I decided to start a cleric but want him a bit more fighty but yet still good healer so how should I do this? I was thinking 19 cleric 1 fighter or 18 cleric 2 fighter. Two handed fighter.
So what feats and enchancements should I go with?

I would prob on 28 points go for Dwarf Great Axe
Fighter 2 cleric 18 (id take fighter at 2 and then after you have 12 levels in cleric)
16

18

10-14
8-12

3 quicken
6 empower healing
9 maximise
12 heighten
15 float yor own boat
18 float your own boat
Fighter
1 Power Attack
2 Improved Crit-slash
Enhancements Radiant Servant 1 and 2 and all requirements .

The usual suspects: have a look at tihocan's Warpriest, sirgog's cleric builds, and (shameless self-promotion) my own battle clerics in my sig.
The main question is: do you want to be melee-focused or offensive caster-focused? If melee-focused, you should go for high STR and focus on DPS feats (PA, Imp Crit, THF or TWF chain); if caster-focused, you should go for high WIS and focus on metamagic feats. Sirgog and I have examples of both types.
For a battle cleric I think the extra feat & +1 STR enh from ftr 2 / cleric 18 is more useful than the slight bump in spellcasting from cleric 19; but that's a personal preference. Cleric 17-based builds are also an option, since you still get lvl 9 spells and could use that extra lvl to boost your build in other ways: e.g., barb 1 / ftr 2 for +10% run speed and +1 PA enh; monk 2 / ftr 1 to add Evasion, another feat, and monk WIS AC bonus.
