no it does not stack

up until lvl 10 wf adamantine dr is superior (if you took adamantine plating feat and enhancements).
from then on the inherent barb dr is superior if you took the enhancements...

so:
wf adamantine plating stacks with wf dr enhancer
barb inherent dr stacks with bard dr enhancer
no cross dr'ing
