    Thumbs down Two years and running.

    I'd hoped that my forum posting would not go unnoticed, and the reply I sent back to Turbine would be answered. But, I thought wrong apparently. I really would like to be able too(?) log-in to the game which I have paid for, for years now. I am pretty sure the timer for lottery prizes I won weeks ago have finished. With nothing from TA or any member of the Turbine group. Bleh.

    This has already been responded to, and there are behind the scenes talks going to try and avoid this again. Placing your post under Technical Support will not get anything for you, as Technical Support has nothing to do with the lottos.

    I think he's confused what your technical issue... and honestly, I am, as well.

    Could you please go into a bit more detail about what your particular issue is? You mention a forum posting.. you might want to start by linking us to that.

    You mention being unable to connect... is it part of the current issues that Suddenlink ISP and Turbine are having with one another?

    To be frank, you're not giving anyone a whole lot of data to assist you with, other than you can't log on, and you're worried your lottos have expired at this point.

    Bold statement: So you have never logged into the game successfully? Yet you still pay for it? Not convienced of the truth. Probably should provide more information if you want Tech Support to help you with the issue.

    Underlined statement: So you keep this statement in, yet give me the you have no idea what I was talking about? Lose the attitude. Lotto 2 weeks ago was 2/28/2011 the Five Yarrs Lotto. If you are speaking of another one you should probably name it to get a more definitive answer in regards to that issue. However, let me sum up what Technical Support will tell you.
    Tech Support Rep: "We understand your frustration with the issue. However, MyDDO is still in Beta and therefore subject to minor glitches from time to time. Tech support does not have the ability to retrieve your prizes."
