System.IO.FileNotFound

I get this error every time I launch. I have checked my .NET installation and to see if my visual c++ stuff was installed. I have no idea why this is happening. I have reinstalled DDO. I have tried to right click on TurbineRegisterGDF and run as admin but that doesn't seem to do anything other than give me a loading sign on my mouse for a couple seconds.

I have deleted the Turbine folder in C:\Users\.....\Local\AppData\

What am I missing?

Please help me! This is my gf's computer and she can't play DDO with me till it is resolved!

Also, every time I launch the .dll file in the exception is different.
