Drow Prefix test

First time looking up a drow race prefixed thread and found none.

The problem I have with Drow, is that they sort of become obsolete when the 32 pt. build becomes available - at least IMHO.

The only real plus to drow is that they can start with base 20 INT or CHA. Unless I am misremembering.. the only drow I have is a sorc a few years old that i roll out every once in a while for scroll farming.
