Help with VIP status

I'd like to pay for VIP status but the problem is:
my country (Ukraine) is not in tribune's country list. So, I cant pay by my VISA. I bought a game card an cange it (costs 50 USD) for 3100 ingame points. My account immediately and automatically becomes PREMIUM
My questions:
1. Can I change my Premium status to VIP status for points (another words, can I pay for it by points)?
2. If I'll do nothing, how long my Premium status will lasts untill it'll downgrade to Free?
3. How exactly can I pay for DnD by my VISA from Ukraine?

I'm sorry to say, but we currently do not use Turbine Points for subscription plans. You will need to either use a credit card for a subscription plan, or use a Game Time Card to purchase VIP access.

If you have Premium access now, you will keep always keep that. You will not be set to Free to Play access.
