As you level up and spend action points, eventually you will see Pale Master options appear.

To see what you need, make sure that 'show unavailable' is on. It will give you the entire list, and hovering on them will show you pre-requisite abilities/points spent/level attained/etc... necessary to get them.

Hope that's enough to get you started.

Default DDO wiki is your friend

http://ddowiki.com/page/Pale_Master_enhancements will show you when you can take the enhancements and what pre-reqs you need to be able to take them.

    Cheers

It is a Prestige Enhancement, so open your character sheet and go to the enhancements. Then select the show unavailable box and find the Pale Master enhancements. Explains both requirements and benefits.

You have to let a palemaster on lich form bite you on the neck... no wait.

No, you can check the requisites doing the suggestions above, but you may want to plan it ahead.

You need both greater focus and toughness by level 12 to get lich asap, and that might be tricky.
Both those feats are regular feats, can't be taken as bonus metamagic feats.
This leaves you with having to take them at lv 9 and 12 at the very least.

Also keep in mind that the PMI is fairly weak at lv 6, the real power comes at PMII at level 12.

actually, necromancy focus can be taken with a bonus feat. greater necromancy focus can't be though.
