This has probably been asked a dozen times or more but I could not find any threads on it. If someone takes the Rogue Dilettante feat as a Half-elf, are they able to disable traps and pick locks or do they just gain a sneak attack and nothing else?

You get +1d6 sneak attack from the feat. Further enhancements allow you to get up to +3d6 sneak attack as well as +1 dexterity (that does not stack with other class-based dexterity enhancements) and up to a +4 bonus to saves versus traps. It offers no other benefit.
This: http://ddowiki.com/page/Dilettante_feats is a good run-down on all the dilettante feats.
Just the extra SA damage. I think everyone would go rogue dilly if you could disable traps with it too!
For any melee it's most likely the most enticing Dilettante feat.
