Name Change

I logged on DDO today(Friday the 11th) and my name was changed to "RENAMEDHPG". My previous name was "Pric", and I understand why that should be changed. Is there anyway to change my name from "RENAMEDHPG" to somthing else?

yes you have a rename token

/changename <name you want>

so if you wanted to use the word dude

/changename dude

Ok, I picked a new name, and it says "You do not have any rename credits." What should I do?

hmmm that's odd. usually when a moderator renames your character you get a rename token. I would probably put in a ticket for that.

Its a 15 with level 16 banked.

sometimes people stress when their lvl 3 gets renamed..

yeah, put in a ticket. unless something changed that I missed (i miss a lot, all the time lol) you should have a name change token with that moderated name status

Kinda messed up that Turbine would force a name change and not give you rename credits.

Yes, the gm said that they dont give out "namechange" tickets, but i had already made up a new name, and she changed it to that. I figured out how to submit a ticket from one of mine friends.
