Spell Pen Question

Please forgive me if this has been answered, but I wasn't able to dig anything up.

I have a level 9 Wizzy AM, and I really am enjoying playing this class.

I've taken the Spell Pen Feat, and the Improved Spell Pen Enhancement. Do these stack, or should I exchange the Spell Pen Feat for something else?

Also, would a Spell Pen Weapon stack on top of everything?

Any advice would be most appreciated

the two feats stack together, the weapon will stack with the feats and your enhancement spell pen will stack with it all as well.

Feats will stack with enhancements and items. I usually take all three with my casters to best land cc in end game.

Those all stack.

It is fairly common (although not required) for people to take both spell pen feats, the entire enhancement chain, and use a weapons or item that boosts spell pen.

At lower levels, you won't need this. However, once you get into the 12+ range, it becomes more important.
