Your Greenis just has to be level 20 in order for you to access that forum.
I think that Memnir is the only person who has access to the Epic forum currently.

They had an epic forum, but due to the recent forum changes it was merged with the new player forum. Web traffic data supports this change.

i for one would very much like to see an epic forum subdivision now that im getting toons close to cap and completing gs, and a few other item collections.
also i miss the class division. melee isn't exactly one catagory as the available melee classes are very different, not to mention divine/arcane spellcasters.
