Renown NOT Counting in Guild total

Tip of the hat,

Two Account guild (The House of Caedes)(Thelanis Server) For three days now we havent got any of the renown to add to our guild total that we have found in Chests and what not. Praying that it might catch up with us , But Said to say Nope it hasnt shown.

Tonight I took a toon to the Orchard and hit 2800 renown with bonuses and again it didnt show up, I did the log out,Log in,& the reboot thing still nothing so I tried another toon Same as the first and the past three days.

I cant get in game help + I cant file a ticket it seems to be down also....& Im at a loss of what to do

Hopeing someone at Turbine will see this and check into it, Me & the daughter just have a stack of Major renown pots sitting in the banks waiting to be used
