    Question Possible Ranged Damage Buff

    Quite frankly, ranged damage is "meh" at best when not manyshotting, so I just came up with a little Idea to buff it up a bit

    Arcane Archer II
    Cost: 2 AP
    Level Requirement: 12 ranger, 14 elf, 14 half elf
    Feat/enhancement Requirement: Arcane Archer I, Improved Concentration II, Manyshot, Precise shot and Requires one of: Maximize, Improved Mental Toughness, Improved Precise shot, Skill Focus: Spot
    Description: You have done much training in the art of archery, by selecting this enhancement, your manyshot timer is decreased by 25%, and you have a new stacking imbue depending on your class.

    I was thinking each mana using class can have its own imbue to add some variety and a little bit of fun to Multiclasses;
    Ranger: Allows you to imbue your arrows with 1d8 Bane damage, 2d8 Bane damage against favored enemies.
    Cleric/Favored Soul/Paladin: Allows you to imbue your arrows with 1d8 Light damage, 2d8 Light damage if you have a PrE from one of these classes.
    Wizard/Sorcerer: Allows you to imbue your arrows with 1d8 Force damage, 2d8 Force damage if you have a PrE from one of these classes. (would stack with imbue force/burst)
    Bard Allows you to imbue your arrows with 1d8 Sonic damage, 2d8 Sonic damage if you have a PrE from one of these classes.

    This was just a little idea, so feel free to add suggestions or tear it apart. Thanks

    The reason it is "meh," is because you get to cause damage from a distance. If you want more damage, get close up and within reach with a real weapon.
