    Default trying to buy tp, paypal issues

    I tried buying TP using Paypal (not through a paypal account, but as a one off payment)but got the following error: "There was an error processing your request. Please try again." This was after confirming my details on the Paypal page and authorizing the payment there.

    Trying again didn't help, and I've got an 'order placed' email from Paypal saying I've authorized a payment to Turbine. I'm not sure if this means the amount has been paid, but if so can anything be done about this? Either a refund or adding the TP manually is fine. I understand you guys are busy, so there's no real hurry. It's just annoying is all.

    And is there any other way for me to pay for TP? I get an 'Authentication Failed' error anytime I try to add a credit card.

    Nvm, I figured out how to add my credit card to my account. FWIW, it's through http://myaccount.turbine.com

    I have the same problem here.

    and the peration appears as cancelled in my paypall acount....
    Be Gimp Be Proud
    underpowered, understuffed, unoptimized, but still doing the job !

    I'm sorry, though PayPal is an authorized retailer, it is a separate company. We are not able to help with payments being processed through PayPal. Please contact them directly for help with their payment methods.

    Just so you know, for Turbine to be able to use PayPal, it does need to be a fully verified PayPal account. You may want to check with them to make sure your PayPal account is fully verified.

    If in the future you need help with adding a credit card onto your account, there is a sticky you an use that has a lot of good information.

    You may also want to check your local game stores to see if they carry DDO Turbine Points cards. You can purchase those and they will have a code you can enter into the DDO Store to add points.
