Make buffs that have a persistent visual effect toggle-able

Can we please give persistent buffs with a visual effect (such as Barkskin, Stoneskin, Camouflage, etc) a toggle in the Options similar to the Dragonmark Toggle?

1) Sometimes, I personally don't want to have my character's look covered.

2) I have spent TP on an Armor Kit and it becomes a waste of money when some ranger casts Barkskin on me.

3) I have a really cool suit of armor that is practically a status symbol (i.e. Red Dragon Armor) and having it covered makes my e-peen feel smaller! Please, think of the e-peen!

P.S. The last one is tongue in cheek, but the underlying reason of not wanting sweet looking armor covered is valid.

/signed even tho I think covering up your epeen is a good idea in most cases.

This is great idea. Also we need a *scroll down button* on our buffs screen which others can see when they look at our character when we have so many and a *second buff line* on top of the screen or a *scroll from side to side button* so we can all the buffs. Some disapear on the screen at the top when there is a lot of them.
