Mouse-over DC numbers for spells

Are these accurate? Mine never seem to change no matter what I equip.

they seem to be pretty accurate from my experience. i used to think they weren't or that the ship buff that adds +1 to enchant was broken. until I found out that it doesn't stack with gear that adds to enchant already(at least it wont stack with a +1 item)

so i would say they are accurate
