Two question about enhancements

I'm playing my warforged favored soul mostly solo, and so I believe I don't have much use for the Life Magic enhancement line. I mean, I'll not be healing much, only myself, and also I always use a cleric/bard hireling when soloing for healing. At least this enhancement line can boost the spell Harm, which is nice.

But what about the other line: Smiting (bonus to light and aligned spells)? Any worthwhile spell benefit from this line? Or Life Magic is really the way to go?

And a second question: You guys believe Bladesworn Transformation worth the 4 ap? I mean, is the damage boost really powerful enough to worth waiting 10 minutes and not being able to heal?

There aren't enough alignment or light-based spells to make the Smiting lines worth the AP.

Now, with Life Magic, if you solo entirely and almost never have to heal yourself, then I guess you don't need it.

However, if you ever decide to start doing raids, you're going to want it. You won't have the caster DPS of an arcane, or the melee DPS of another class, so by one of those two things alone you won't justify your slot in the party. However, if you are able to heal yourself and other at the same time as doing DPS, then you justify the slot.

It's decent, but not that great. I didn't buy it on my WF FvS.
