So, I'm a TRx4 at lvl 6 (Sorc) and I decided I would prefer to go Wiz. I checked the store and wanted to verify that there still should be Lesser +3 Hearts, however the store is only showing +1 Hearts and Lesser Hearts (no +3 Hearts). I would like to know if this is a bug issue or if +3 Lesser Hearts have a level-restriction.
