Found this the other day. Pulled up ddowiki and the sight said that the suppressed power is archmagi and spell pen IX. Checked ah and could not find any for sale. Also checked the marketplace forums of all the servers and again, found none for trade.

Is this of similar value as the pale lavender one? Should I ask for something similar to what Major Pain was asking for in the sale of his pale lavender ion stone?

yes this is one of the more sought after stones but not as useful or as valuable as the spell absorption one - this ones good for tring as u get archmagi at lvl 5 while the spell absorption on is a awseome item from lvl five to when ur are capped its still awesome

i dont knwo what they are going for nowadays but its worht a bit but nowhere near as much as the absorption on imo

they are worth about half of what the pale lavenders are worth.

the vibrant purple stone are purely a twink item useful from lvl 5-14 when you start getting spell pen 9 and archmagi on other items but really useful between those levels

I have one, been offered 4 million plat, or 5 large devil scales plus 200k plat. Everytime i advertise it as being up for trade i get hit with numerous messages, so i know it's worth a bunch.
