Default Little white dots... video card issue?

    Greetings!
I decided to get back into DDO by buying a new graphics card and PSU. Unfortunately, my pleasure was blocked by some cursed little white dots as presented here...

    Here's my specs:

Processor AMD Athlon II 620 Quad-Core Processor
    Memory (RAM) 6GB
    Type of Memory DDR3
Operating System Microsoft Windows 7 Home
    Premium 64-bit
Video Graphics nVidia GeForce 9800 GT
    520 Watt Power supply

    All updated drivers.

    Some temperatures...

Here's the link to the power supply and video card I purchased:

    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...scrollFullInfo

I was hoping it isn't the power supply as it got good reviews on newegg...

and the guy on ebay said that the card was in good working condition...

Did I get screwed somewhere or I'm I missing something?

    Thank you for your time.

Edit: It's also entirely possible that I screwed up installing the PSU itself, as it is my first time upgrading this kind of thing. I just simply remembered where all my old cords were plugged into then repluged them in with the new PSU accordingly... I went online to look for a manual for this one I got from newegg, and it said they haven't been uploaded yet. Could not enough power be getting to the graphics card somehow because I screwed up? I did plug one of the cords that fit into the graphics card itself so hopefully not...

    Be gentle.

Well I solved the self made problem. A big fat cable monster was sitting it's fat butt on my card fan. After a plastic cord tying that cable far away from the fan, my temperatures came down quite a bit... go figure...

    Holy ****!

Glad you fixed it on your own, I would have suspected fan temps to be causing issues but nothing like that.
