I've been buying potions of Rage from the vendor in Meridia -- can you buy them some place where you need not be level 12 to enter?

Which vendors sell non-basic potions?

guild vendor has them, iirc.

Are you in a guild? I forget what level the guild has to be but there is a pot vendor on the platform in House K. He sells quite a few pots at discount prices.

One annoyance about guild vendor in House K is that potions are BtC. IMO that outweighs the lower price.
Anyway, I found that potion shop in House J has same selection as Meridia."Beauty is in the eye of the beholder."

As a barbarian I always buy my potions in House K. Guild pots are the only pots (well, Silver Flame too) that can be used while raging.
