Which Past Life?

So, all of my character slots are now actual builds in progress instead of just bank toons, save one. I want a bard, and I have a slot currently taken up by a lvl6 monk bank toon. The reason I am asking which Past Life I should take as a bard is because this bank toon also has my bound to character cookie jar. >.<

As I can't just delete and start over with this slot, what class should I finish leveling in before a TR?

Wizard for extra spell DC?
Sorcerer for extra spell points?
Barbarian for extra HP?
Rogue for sneak attack damage?

Planning on my Bard being an 16/2fighter/2rogue warchanter. Any input would be welcome. ^_^

Paladin for divine favor clickie, +3 hit/damage. You'll probably have extend based on your split, so it'll be a good long time of hit.dam. Big numbers ftw. Healing amplification doesn't suck, either!

Since this is more of a melee build you posted here with plenty of feats paladin past life is best for more caster oriented bards wizard is best. I personally have a spellsinger oriented healer/caster build which I should tr into wizard and then tr back to spellsinger bard, but I just can not quite bring myself to do so yet because I am not a big tr fan.

Sounds like he has pretty much thrown in the towel on crowd control casting (-6 spell pen, -mana, -2 cha, etc). That's why I suggested what I did. But for a caster, I totally agree. I have a toon with a few wizard lives I am building up to eventually TR into a charisma-based battlebard. If only there were more hours in the day.

Ah yes, Paladin... Didn't even think of that for some reason. Sweet idea though, also has the added perk of the Holy Swords being stored away for easy low level pwnage. ^_^

Went for a fighter past life on my bard. Original plan was barb, but switched since the devs stated they'll nerf the barb past life.
The fighter past life(active) is nice, since it stacks with everything
