Default Did EVERYONE win today's lottery?

Today's lottery prize was 10 Tasty Hams, and all four of my characters won. Did other people have the same experience?

Tasty hams usually are test runs and everyone wins them.

It was a test to verify (which it did) that the 5 Yarr lottery was borked.

I got 530 Hams over the last two-three days, not counting what I won today. I got about 5 winning entries per character, on average. (5 X 10 X 10)

Yeah, all of my toons on all servers won the ham, so that test worked.

I'm sad that the 5 Yarrs Lottery didn't work, though. I saw that a few of my toons won egg hunt tokens and one won a Heart of Wood from the 5 Yarrs, but none of the toons received them. Hopefully the ham lotteries will help them fix things.

    Oink, oink!

I was away from DDO for two weeks, so do not know what "5 Yarr Lottery" was, and how was it borked. Care to enlighten me?

Looks like they are testing the email service as well. I just got another "happy birthday from DDO" email (birthday was a few weeks ago.)

And I thought they were hand written /cry

Yes, the hamplitude of the lottery was very large today.
(Posted solely to use the word "hamplitude." Grateful denizens of the forum, you are welcome.)

Basically, none of the prizes were delivered in the mail to the "winners". There was also some "winner Creep" where for a few days after the 24th, you would get the message you had won the lottery. I got my first "winner!" notices on the 27th, for example.

Yes. Very odd. I've seen where a number of my characters had won the Five Yaaars! lottery. But, no delivery. It's so difficult to scroll through all of the winning entries. I wish there was some way to clear this window.

I have taken to using the slider bar so that it ends up highlighting all of the entries. It takes a little bit of messing with to get right. Once I do that, I can paste it into a notepad and do a Find.

I bet someone could invent an app for that, since its all just text.
